IPPC
IPPC - Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control is a specialized building permit, and use permits of a building (kolaudácia). Criteria for determining the obligation to follow according the IPCC is determined by law No. 245/2003 Coll. and 391/2003 Coll. Permit contains conditions and obligations of operator during the construction and use.
SCPC is authorized body for advice in the IPPC process. The authorization is issued by the Ministry of Environment.

- Processing and security expertise
- Consultation and negotiation with the IPPC application administration until the issue of integrated permit
Certificate of competency to provide expert advice on integrated pollution prevention and control.
