Waste Act

On January 1, 2016 entry into force following implementing Decrees of Ministry of Environment of Slovak republic to the Act about wastes:

• Decree no. 365/2015 Coll., about waste catalog
• Decree no. 366/2015 Coll. about  mandatory evidence and reporting obligations
• Decree no. 370/2015 Coll. about the rates for the calculation of contributions to the Recycling Fund, about the list of products, materials and equipments, that are charge a contribution to the Recycling Fund, and details about the content of the application for funds from the Recycling Fund
• Decree no. 371/2015 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Waste Act
• Decree no. 372/2015 Coll. about the landfill and temporary storage of metallic mercury
• Decree no. 373/2015 Coll. about the extended responsibility of the producer of listed products and about the management with listed wastes streams
