Act no. 91/2016 Coll. on the criminal liability of legal persons and amendment of certain laws shall enter into force on 1 July 2016. This act has 87 articles and it is amending other 85 acts, e.g. Act on Waste, Act on the Public Water Supply and Sewerage, Act on Nature and Landscape Protection, Geological Act, Act on SEVESO, Act on Protection and Promotion of Public Health, Act on Mining and Explosives.
