Decree of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 11/2016 Coll. shall enter into force on 1 January 2016. This Decree is an implementing decree to the act no. 39/2013 Coll. on integrated prevention and control of environment pollution and on amendment of certain acts as amended.
This decree also repealed previous decree of Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 183/2013 Coll., Implementing the Act no. 39/2013 Coll. on integrated prevention and control of environment pollution and on amendment of certain acts.
