Government regulation No. 149/2016 Coll. on equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres shall enter into force on 20 April 2016.
This Government regulation fully repealing the Government regulation no. 117/2001 Coll. laying down details of technical requirements and conformity assessment procedures of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, as amended by Slovak Government Regulation no. 296/2002 Coll.
