Decree of Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 98/2016 Coll. shall enter into force on 1. March 2016. This Decree is amending Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 448/2007 Coll. on details of work factors and factors of work environment in relation to the categorization of work activities in terms of health risks and the particulars of the proposal for occupational categorization.
The amendments are related to the characteristics of work activities for the categories of work environment factors: optical radiation (lasers), biological factors, psychological workload, heat load, cold load.
