On February 22, 2017 entry into force decree of Ministry of Environment of the Slovak republic no. 33/2017 Coll., amending and supplementing decree of Ministry of Environment of the Slovak republic no. 231/2013 Coll. about the information given to the European Commission, about the requirements for keeping operating records, about the data reported to the National Emission Information System and about the set of technical and operational parameters and technical and organizational measures.
