On March 15, 2023 entry into force decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 76/2023 Coll., amending decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 200/2018 Coll., which establishes details on the treatment of polluting substances, on the details of the emergency plan and on the procedure for dealing with extraordinary water deterioration.
