On June 1, 2023 entry into force act no. 186/2023 Z.z., which amends act no. 414/2012 Coll. on the trading of emission quotas and on the amendment of certain laws as amended and supplementing act no. 587/2004 Coll. on the Environmental Fund and on the amendment of certain laws as amended.
