On December 1, 2023 entry into force decree of Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 442/2023 Coll., amending decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic No. 419/2010 Coll., which establishes details on the creation of flood threat maps and flood risk maps, on the reimbursement of expenses for their development, review and updating, and on the design and display of the extent of the inundation area on maps as amended by Decree no. 434/2019 Coll.
