On February 28, 2023 entry into force decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 68/2023 Coll., amending Decree of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic No. 271/2011 Coll., which establishes sustainability criteria and targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions from fuels, as amended.
