On December 9, 2025, Decree No. 354/2025 Coll. on criteria for the development of wind energy, which implements Act No. 24/2006 Coll. on environmental impact assessment and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended by Act No. 269/2025 Coll., enters into force.
