On 1 January 2027, Act No. 246/2026 Coll., amending and supplementing Act No. 555/2005 Coll. on the Energy Performance of Buildings and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, as amended, and amending and supplementing certain other acts, enters into force.
