On April 1, 2026, the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic No. 38/2026 Coll. on fire safety when using flammable liquids shall enter into force.
The Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic No. 96/2004 Coll., which establishes the principles of fire safety when handling and storing flammable liquids, heavy fuel oils and vegetable and animal fats and oils, shall be repealed.
