Decree no. 195/2016 Coll. shall enter in to force on 15 June 2016. Decree is laying down technical requirements and conditions for the operation of stationary sources of air pollution operating equipment used for the storage, loading and transport of petrol and method and requirements for establishing and proving the data on their compliance.
This decree replaces the previously valid decree no. 361/2010 Coll.
